Welcome to Voice Nudge. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

1. Description of Service

Voice Nudge is a social audio notification app that allows you to send short voice messages as push notifications to loved ones, set personal voice reminders, and manage an audio library. The app is available on iOS and Android.

2. User Accounts & Anonymous Authentication

  • Anonymous Sign-in: We utilize Firebase Anonymous Authentication to prioritize your privacy. We do not collect your email address or personal contact information for the creation of these accounts.
  • Risk of Data Loss: Because accounts are anonymous and tied to your specific device, if you delete the app or change your device, your account data — including any purchased Pro status — may need to be restored through the Restore Purchases feature.

3. Pro Lifetime Purchase

  • One-Time Purchase: Voice Nudge offers a Pro lifetime upgrade for $2.99 USD. This is a single, non-recurring payment — pay once, keep forever.
  • Pro Benefits: Extended 10-second recordings, unlimited audio files, unlimited daily nudges, and removal of all advertisements.
  • Payments: All transactions are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  • Restore Purchases: If you reinstall the app or switch devices, you can restore your Pro purchase using the "Restore Purchases" option in Settings.

4. Refund Policy

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable by the developer.
  • Any refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google, as they manage the billing and transaction lifecycle.

5. Content and Audio Processing

  • User-Owned Content: You retain ownership of all audio recordings you create.
  • Limited License: By sending a nudge, you grant Voice Nudge a limited license to deliver that audio to the intended recipient via push notification.
  • Local Reminders: Voice reminders are stored and processed entirely on your device.
  • No AI Training: We do not use your audio to train AI models.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to use Voice Nudge to:

  • Send harassing, threatening, abusive, or inappropriate audio content.
  • Infringe upon the privacy rights of any third party.
  • Attempt to access other users' data or accounts.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the application.
  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose.

7. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use this application. By using Voice Nudge, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

8. Disclaimer

Voice Nudge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that notifications will always be delivered (delivery depends on OS, network, and device settings).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of Voice Nudge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service or the loss of anonymous account data.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
